Products & Ingredients
  • Non-alcoholic beer can contain up to 0.5% alcohol by volume. This corresponds to four grams of alcohol per liter and is considered tolerable. By law, products that reach this limit can be labeled "non-alcoholic."
Since 2015, many manufacturers have voluntarily provided information on the so-called residual alcohol in non-alcoholic beer or other non-alcoholic beverages on their labels. In principle, it is assumed that the amount of residual alcohol is so small that it has no physiological effect on the human body. For example, you can drive without any problems even after consuming three non-alcoholic beers within an hour. For detailed information, please visit our information page

  • The content of our products is generally vegan. However, for bottled beers, some labels use a casein-based glue, which is not vegan. If you follow a vegan lifestyle, we recommend consuming our products in cans or kegs.
  • Error: empty slot
  • Beer is a natural product, made from exclusively natural raw materials.
External influences such as light (artificial and natural) or heat can alter the flavor of beer.
Storing in a dark, cool place (as constantly as possible) in shops and at home also ensures that our beer is protected from harmful external influences and retains its high quality and unique taste until the expiry date.
  • The purchase and consumption of beer and beer-based alcoholic beverages is permitted by law from the age of 16.
  • The expiration date (MHD – “minimum durability date”) simply indicates how long the manufacturer guarantees the quality of the product. However, beer can remain drinkable beyond this date. Generally, there is no health risk in consuming expired beer. Even very old beers can still be enjoyed years later. However, a few months after the expiration date, the hop aroma gradually begins to fade. In some cases, proteins can also begin to coagulate.
  • The shelf life of our products varies from 6 to 12 months. For detailed information, please refer to the expiration date indicated on the back label of the bottles or on the bottom of the cans.
  • No. All our products contain barley malt, which contains gluten. For this reason, we do not recommend our products to people allergic to gluten.
  • Sorbitol: No. Glucose-fructose syrup: Only in our beer-based beverages.
  • Detergents, including dishwasher detergents, contain surfactants.
They prevent the formation of foam. It is therefore advisable to rinse the glasses thoroughly with cold, clean water before pouring the contents into them, not to dry them inside or to use only a drying cloth specifically designed for glasses. Tea towel fibres can also have a negative effect on the formation of foam.
  • For the beer production process we use hops in a concentrated and easily soluble form: pellets.
  • It is not possible to answer this question in general terms, as it depends on the variety.
  • Beer freezes at about -4 degrees. However, this depends on the alcohol content.
The higher the alcohol content, the higher the freezing point. Frozen beer can develop a so-called cold haze, which does not disappear even after thawing. The taste of the beer also changes. Proper storage is therefore recommended.
For those in a hurry and wanting to quickly chill beer in the freezer, it is important to remember that frozen liquid expands and can cause glass to shatter. For this reason, full beer bottles (and other beverages) should never be placed in the freezer.
